I usually deliver your videos within 2 days. For larger properties or more complex shoots, 3-4 days.

The video is yours, but it’s licensed exclusively to you. Sharing it with others is considered copyright infringement.

But don’t worry—just pass along our contact info to stagers or anyone else, and we’ll take care of the licensing directly with them.

I love a quiet, clear space for filming, so I recommend minimizing people on-site. If someone needs to be there, that’s totally fine, but please note too much activity might affect the final result. Less is more when it comes to creating awesome content!

Yes! All of my packages include awesome drone footage—unless the property is in restricted airspace (like near airports or military zones).

In those rare cases, I would need to apply for FAA clearance. If it’s denied, we’ll capture the exteriors from the ground, but don’t worry, it’s still going to look amazing!
