HOW TO BOOK

A seamless process, a positive experience, and clear expectations every step of the way.

THE EXPERIENCE

Here’s how I ensure the best outcome:

  • Schedule a shoot: Text me to confirm availability. Once we set a date and time, I’ll send you a booking form to choose your package.

  • Confirm details: I’ll confirm your booking form and gather any extra info. The day before the shoot I’ll follow up to make sure everything is set and ready.

  • Shoot day: We’ll walk the space together and go over any notes for the edit. Then I’ll film in the style of your booked collection, keeping the process smooth, efficient, and stress free.

  • Film Delivery: When your videos are ready, you’ll get an email with a link to view, share, and download all of your content.

  • Final Revision: After you review the content, you can request tweaks if something needs adjusting. One round of revisions is included to make sure the final videos match your vision.

  • Project Complete: Once revisions are done, your films are finalized and ready to share. You’ll have everything you need for social media, and marketing.

The process is simple, stress-free. From start to finish, I handle every detail myself so your property and your brand gets the attention it deserves.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You’ll experience a straightforward, stress-free process focused on capturing what makes the home unique. Each video highlights the property’s character, lifestyle, and standout features. The final film engages buyers and leaves a lasting impression, helping the listing stand out.

Great real estate videos do more than fly through a space or show off wild editing techniques—they sell a feeling.

FAQs

  • I think the best outcome happens when we focus on one crew at a time. Working around another vendor and their equipment can be tricky, especially since my shooting style involves moving through the home seamlessly and capturing multiple spaces in one shot.

In a pinch, I can make it work, but it can add some extra challenges and make things a bit more hectic for everyone involved.

  • I usually deliver your videos within 2 days. For larger properties or more complex shoots, 3-4 days.

My goal is speed without sacrificing quality. Taking the right amount of time allows me to capture every detail and deliver the best possible result.

  • If the property isn’t ready when we arrive, we’ll need to reschedule, and a re-shoot fee would apply. Just make sure everything’s good to go, and I’ll be all set!

  • Absolutely! If the weather’s not working in our favor, just give me a heads-up at least 1.5 hours before the shoot, and I’ll be happy to reschedule.

But if I’ve already made the trip and you decide to reschedule onsite, there will be a re-shoot fee, so be sure to let me know ahead of time to avoid any surprises!

  • Amenities that can be captured from the property via drone are included in the video package! But if I need to drive to specific locations (like a park or local attractions), I’ve created an add-on called "Community B-roll" to give me the time I’ll need to capture those extra shots. Easy peasy!

  • The video is yours, but it’s licensed exclusively to you. Sharing it with others is considered copyright infringement.

But don’t worry—just pass along our contact info to stagers or anyone else, and we’ll take care of the licensing directly with them.

  • I love a quiet, clear space for filming, so I recommend minimizing people on-site. If someone needs to be there, that’s totally fine, but please note too much activity might affect the final result. Less is more when it comes to creating awesome content!

  • I ask that everything be ready before I arrive so I can get right to filming. I’ll make small tweaks if needed, but the best way to get the best video is to have everything prepped before we get there.

  • Yes! All of my packages include awesome drone footage—unless the property is in restricted airspace (like near airports or military zones).

In those rare cases, I would need to apply for FAA clearance. If it’s denied, we’ll capture the exteriors from the ground, but don’t worry, it’s still going to look amazing!
